Deepening Ubuntu Workshop

I enjoyed the dancing, it felt as if I was totally on my own in a mist.  When John played the drum I could see and feel images of my ancestors passing before me.

The singing and clapping gave me so much energy that even when my hands felt tired, I could continue on. While we pounded the medicinal herbs for the finale ceremony, we all came together in unity.
